We seek a highly motivated individual with experience and fanatical passion for sales and business development, who is not scared of real prospecting (via phone, email and any other outbound method). This position is full time salaried.
The successful candidate will join our sales team and interact with both our internal management and external partners. Our business development executive will focus on attracting partners who wish to integrate our service offering within their business.
Qualifications and Experience:
Should have a bachelor’s or associates degree in business, economics, advertising, marketing, communications, English or related.
Excels at research, possesses excellent writing skills and the ability source partner opportunities through various sources through the Internet and publications.
Worked in the online advertising space not a must but a valuable asset.
Experience sourcing and managing relationships.
Understands the social media universe including YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc…we’re looking for a social media addict.
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment.
Is eager to meet and exceed sales objectives and take on more responsibility
Ability to communicate results to management and in a fast paced environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruit partners using cold calling, social media, or online meetings.
Strong negotiation skills.
Must meet a monthly sales quota and will be set each month.
Participation in conversations that surround our content and brand to help prospect.
Create and update daily, weekly and monthly reports.
